Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what an order actually needs: your email address, your shipping address and the contents of your order. If you email support, we keep that correspondence so we have the context to help you.

We never see or store your card details — payment is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. Card numbers go to Stripe, not to us.

What we use it for

Fulfilling your order, sending you order and shipping notifications, and answering your messages. That's the list.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to get a parcel to your door: our payment processor (Stripe) and the warehouses and shipping carriers that pack and deliver your order (they receive your name and shipping address — nothing more). We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

Cookies & local storage

Your shopping cart lives in your own browser's local storage — it never leaves your device until you check out. We don't run advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks. We may use basic, privacy-respecting traffic statistics to understand which pages help people most.

Because we don't track you across other sites, we treat "Do Not Track" browser signals the same as any other visit: no cross-site tracking either way.

Your choices

Want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted? Email support@stowandsort.com and we'll take care of it. Transactional emails (receipts, shipping notices) are sent only about orders you've placed — we don't operate a marketing list without your consent.

Children

Stow & Sort is a general-audience store and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date at the top. Material changes to how we handle order data would also be noted plainly here.
