How order updates work
- Order received — a payment receipt lands in your inbox right after checkout.
- On its way — when the parcel ships you get a tracking number by email (usually within 2–4 business days).
- Delivered — most orders arrive in 8–15 days with free standard shipping.
Frequently asked questions
I haven't received a tracking number yet
Orders are confirmed with our warehouse within 1–2 business days, and the tracking email goes out as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier — usually 2–4 business days after you order. If it's been longer, email us and we'll chase it.
How long does delivery take?
Most items arrive in 8–15 days with free standard shipping. Oversized pieces can take a little longer; the tracking page always shows the live status.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If the parcel hasn't shipped yet, usually yes — email us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.
