Free standard shipping, every order

Shipping is free on every Stow & Sort order, with no minimum. There are no surprise fees at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If your address turns out to be one we can't serve (some carriers exclude certain territories), we'll tell you by email and refund the order in full — we never charge for something we can't deliver.

How long it takes

  • Order confirmation — a payment receipt lands in your inbox right after checkout.
  • Processing — your order is confirmed with our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipped — you get a tracking number by email, usually 2–4 business days after ordering.
  • Delivered — most parcels arrive in 8–15 days with free standard shipping. Oversized pieces can take a little longer.

If an order hasn't shipped within 30 days, we cancel it and refund you in full — automatically, without you having to ask.

Tracking your parcel

Your shipping-confirmation email contains the tracking number and a door-to-door tracking link. You can also paste the number any time at our tracking page.

Changing your address

If your parcel hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the delivery address — email us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once a parcel is with the carrier the address can no longer be changed.

If something looks stuck

Tracking that hasn't moved for a few days is usually a carrier scan gap, but don't sit on it — email us and we'll chase the parcel with the carrier. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
